CANCELLATION POLICY

If appointment is canceled within 48 hours, you will be charged for 30% of the service. If you no-show, no call you will be charged for 75% of your service. - REFUNDS - No refunds! A refund will only be issued in a case of tip removal, but never service cost. If you are unhappy with your service please do not hesitate to contact me, I would be more than happy to help correct whatever you’d like to make you love it! Time and product which make for a majority of your services cost, cannot be returned, which is what you’re paying for when booking an appointment.
